German is the binding language
These are German legal texts and they govern the contract in German. They are reproduced below in the original because that is the version that binds — a translated withdrawal notice that departs from the statutory German model loses its protective effect and can extend the withdrawal period to twelve months and fourteen days. Wir sind weder bereit noch verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen (§ 36 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 VSBG). Die Hinweispflicht nach § 36 VSBG trifft Unternehmen mit mehr als zehn Beschäftigten; die Angabe erfolgt hier freiwillig.
Ein Hinweis auf die europäische Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung entfällt: Die Plattform wurde am 20. Juli 2025 gemäß Verordnung (EU) 2024/3228 eingestellt, die Verlinkungspflicht ist entfallen.
